Pași de preparare Supă de dovleac copt
- Taie dovleacul (curățat de coajă și semințe) în bucăți mici, 4-5 cm și pune-le într-o tavă tapetată cu foaie de copt
- Stropește cu sare și ulei de măsline și coace la cuptor la 180°C timp de aprox. 30-35 de minute.
- Între timp, taie restul legumelor în bucăți mari și pune-le să se călească cu unt, într-o oală.
- După 5-7 minute, adaugă apa și lasă să fiarbă.
- Când dovleacul este copt, adaugă-l și pe el la restul legumelor și mai lasă supa pe foc 10 minute.
- Pasează supa cu ajutorul unui blender, adaugă smântâna și, dacă mai este nevoie, puțină apă fiartă.
- Asezonează cu sare și nucșoară.
- Servește fierbinte, cu semințe de dovleac coapte și crutoane.
