Pași de preparare Lipii cu pui în 5 minute
- Așezați lipia pe o suprafață dreaptă. Începeți prin a o unge cu sosul de salsa, adăugați mai apoi pieptul de pui și presărați mozzarella peste. Adăugați mixul de salata, coriandrul, sarea, piperul și, dacă preferați, câteva felii de roșii și castraveți.
- Împachetați lipia strâns astfel încât veți obține o forma de burrito. *Dacă nu vă descurcați cu împachetatul, puteți seta totul în loc cu ajutorul unei scobitori.
- Încălziți o tigaie sau un grătar electric. Pulverizați câteva fâsuri de ulei de măsline, după care lăsați lipia câteva minute pe fiecare parte până când devine crocantă și aurie.
- Se feliază sau se servește întreagă imediat.
