Pași de preparare oameni de zăpadă cu ghimbir – 25 de fursecuri
- Preîncălziți cuptorul la 180°C
- Amestecați laptele vegetal cu făina din semințe de in pentru a obține amestecul cunoscut sub denumirea de ou vegetal.
- Amestecați toate ingredientele uscate într-un castron mare (faina, zahărul, bicarbonatul de sodiu, condimentele).
- Încorporați uleiurile, oul vegetal și melasa însă aveți grijă să nu fie un aluat prea bine lucrat (nu se frământă mult).
- Întindeți aluatul în folii de 2-3 mm. Se poate pune aluatul între 2 folii de gătit ca să nu se lipească de sucitor.
- Decupați cu o formă omuleții de zăpadă. Sau folosiți ce forme aveți: steluțe, inimioare, clopoței, etc.
- Se pun pe hârtie de copt într-o tavă și se dau la cuptor pentru 10 min. Nu îi lăsați mai mult chiar dacă vi se par moi.
- Lăsați fursecurile în tavă să se răcească și apoi le puteți scoate și decora după plac.
