Pasi de preparare Chec de sărbători, cu nucă, stafide și ciocolată, fără gluten
- Topeste untul pe foc si lasa-l s-ajunga la temperatura camerei;
- Amesteca faina fara gluten cu guma Xanthan, sarea, bicarbonatul de sodiu si praful de copt;
- Separa albusurile de galbenusuri;
- Bate albusurile spuma cu ajutorul unui mixer, cu un praf de sare si o lingura de fresh de lamaie;
- Spre sfarsit adauga si 3 linguri de zahar pudra si amesteca pana se dizolva, iar castronul il vei putea tine cu susul in jos, fara ca compozitia sa cada;
- Bate galbenusurile cu celelalte 2 linguri de zahar, adaugand treptat untul topit, extractul de vanilie si coaja rasa de portocala;
- Adauga compozitia din galbenusuri peste ingredientele uscate si amesteca totul;
- Pune peste acestea jumatate din albusurile batute spuma si amesteca bine – cealalta jumatate impatureste-o de sus in jos, cu ajutorul unei spatule de silion, pentru a le mentine bulele de aer in interior;
- Separat amesteca crema de ciocolata cu nuca si stafide;
- Tapeteaza o forma de chec cu unt si faina fara gluten si toarna jumatate din compozitia principala in tava;
- Adauga apoi compozitia secundara, cu crema de ciocolata nuca si stafide;
- Completati apoi pana la capat cu compozitia initiala si niveleaza bine stanga-dreapta;
- Introdu checul in cuptorul incins in prealabil la 180 de grade, pentru cca 25-30 min;
- Lasa-l sa se raceasca complet in cuptor dupa ce se va opri;
- Taie-l in momentul in care s-a racit – savureaza-l cu putin zahar pudra presarat pe deasupra;
